The Political Quiz Show

I scored a 7 so I sit somewhere between Ted Kennedy (5) and Hillary Clinton (10) on their scale.

TAKE THE TEST

GOI: The above test is not the best one that I've come across. Go HERE for a better, more conclusive and in-depth test. It's called the "Political Compass" and here are my results:

Economic left/right:-7.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.49

Which puts me somewhere in the Social Libertarian Left area of the map near Gandhi and Nelson Mandela. Although I'm a bit more social libertarian then their placingings on the map. I'm near the Dalai Lama on the social libertarian scale but a bit more economically left of him.

I'm about as left as they come on both: 4 on the first (left of Teddy ... imagine that!) and on the other test:

Economic Left/Right: -8.13
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.59

I think I've taken that second test before, and I recall being pretty close to Gandhi, as well.

A Blogthings quiz told me that in some things I'm 100% Liberal, while in others I'm only 75 - 80% Liberal. And we all know how accurate Blogthings are.

I also scored a 7 on the first test, although I really didn't like the questions (for instance, though I do think some programs should be "cut" and "eliminated," that's only after the programs are made more efficient and/or significantly eliminate the problem they're meant to help).

On the 2nd, Economic Left/Right: -5.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.33.

I didn't like the questions on the first test either.

I'm a 6, but I'm not more conservative than Ted Kennedy. I distrust the government--because it's run by Bushist fascists!

On the other one, I'm Gandhi-esque, too.

The middle path as we Buddhists call it. A good place to be. ;)
