Tom da Bomb

BREAKING NEWS

MSNBC
Updated: 11:27 p.m. ET April 3, 2006

Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, a firebrand Texan tainted by a lobbying scandal that ensnared some of his former top aides and cost the congressman his leadership post, won’t seek re-election to Congress, MSNBC's Chris Matthews reported Monday night.

[...]

The Associated Press quoted unnamed officials as saying DeLay also is likely to resign his seat and leave Congress by the end of May.

GOI: (Tommy boy seen here with that fake, plaster grin chiseled onto his face from years of inhaling pesticides and lying, cheatin' and stealing from the American people). Nah, nah nah nah. Nah nah NAH NAH. HEY HEYYYY GOOD BYE!!! Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya.

DeLay: "I refuse to allow liberal Democrats an opportunity to steal this seat with a negative personal campaign,"

My hypocrisy phone is ringing off the hook on that one.

Haha paolo I was thinking the same thing. Negative personal campaigns...you mean like morphing a verteran triple amputee's face into Osama bin Laden's? Yeah, maybe that's what he meant.

Then there were the comments from DeLay while visiting with three young boys who were evacuees from Katrina living in Houston.

DeLay likened their stay to being at camp saying, "Now tell me the truth boys, is this kind of fun?"

They nodded yes, but looked perplexed.

Hey James...sorry I've been absent from this place for so long. I started a new job and I'm trying to take care of that and do some revamping on my blog :)
