I would rather someone be wrapped in the Constitution burning the flag than wrapped in the flag burning the Constitution. In other words, as Patrick Henry famously said, "Give me liberty or give me death."
What do you think of Jackmeoff getting the minimum sentence? I feel robbed!
Jeremy: I feel robbed too. Can't say that I'm surprised though. It's like these upper level military folks not being charged with anything after Abu Ghraib. Or how about Tom Delay saying that he is special and should there fore be able to carry a concealed weapon despite being indicted!!
