Bush Sinks to a New Low

From USA Today:

Bush's job approval rating sank to a record low 37%. The poll finds growing criticism of the president, unease about the nation's direction and opposition to the Iraq war.

GOI: However, perhaps more alarming for the greater Republican party are the following numbers:

Fewer than one in 10 adults say they would prefer a congressional candidate who is a Republican and who agrees with Bush on most major issues, according to a USA TODAY/CNN/Gallup Poll taken Friday through Sunday. Even among Republicans, seven of 10 are most likely to back a candidate who has at least some disagreements with the president.

GOI: A majority of Independants also disapprove of Bush:

Two-thirds of independents and 91% of Democrats disapprove of the job Bush is doing. Even among Republicans, who have solidly backed Bush in the past, 19% express disapproval — a new high.

Too bad the midterm election isn't this week!

I do worry that, somehow, Bush will stage some sort of immoral comeback: promising voters a new tax cut or declaring war on France or divorcing Laura and suddenly marrying Jessica Simpson.

I don't trust the American public: They elected George Bush twice!

Yeah, I think he's going to invade Syria. That's my prediction.

I don't trust the American media along with a minority of Americans. They show themselves to be altogether gullible and useful idiots to the power brokers of postmodern liberalism.

As to Bush's comeback, he'll comeback fighting, and you'll hear a whining sound unlike you've ever heard; hopefully you won't be whining with them. Just sit back and watch what happens.

ul,

You must be smoking something illegal.

The so-called liberal press is motivated by their sense of compassion and fairness to be, um, compassionate and fair!

The conservatives and their press believe in moral relativism. I mean LOOK, JUST LOOK, at Bush, Cheney, Robertson, O'Reilly, Jefferson Davis and Benedict Arnold. They'd each knife their grandmother for the price of a ham sandwich.

The Fox network "Fair and Balanced", MY BUTT! Franken has exposed the snarling conservatives and their network for the lying devils that they are! And James, in Franken's mold, is a hero furthering the effort!

James,

EXACTLY! That is the very dangerous threat! Bush is cornered, so in egoic anger, he'll allow more American soldiers to die to somehow shake things up in the hope of improving his place in the history books.

But I think Bush's place is assured already of being the WORST PRESIDENT IN HISTORY.

I'm a hero!

Cool.

I will keep up the good fight for as long as I have breath (or for as long as I can type Hah).

Anyway, thanx.
