I shudder to think who Bush is going to nominate to take his place. I am sure that he will probably move Scalia over to the Chief Justice position which is bad enough but then he gets to add someone else to the court. Someone probably quite conservative since he has Robert's as the "sheep in wolf" clothing.
We shall see.
This will be interesting to watch.

oh c'mon, Scalia isn't that bad. I mean, he only doesn't like freedom, women, puppies, sunshine, minorities, open mindedness, did I mention freedom and women already? I mean, he doesn't seem like that bad of a guy if you look at it that way.
But seriously, Satan would be a better candidate for chief justice. He is an equal opporunity damner, unlike Scalia, that little bastard.
